Diane Bass has been practicing law for nearly two decades.  She has handled thousands of cases involving all areas of criminal defense in State and Federal Court.  She has extensive experience in trial work. She has obtained countless dismissals for her clients and many not guilty verdicts.

Ms. Bass practices in all of the courts in Orange County. She also practices in Los Angeles, San Diego and Riverside Counties. Ms. Bass currently serves as one of the distinguished individuals who receives appointments on federal cases directly from the United States District Court. The charges in these cases include:  real estate fraud, investment fraud, bank fraud, Medicare fraud, extortion, money laundering, identity theft, conspiracies, counterfeiting, forgery, narcotics offenses, weapons charges, bank robberies, alien smuggling, mail theft, RICO act cases, and many other things.
